Ingredients
  

  • peeled shrimps
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • parsley
  • paprika
  • salt and black pepper
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, cilantro, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and slightly charred.
  • Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to discard the marinade to avoid cross-contamination.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
You can also use a grill pan or broil the shrimp in the oven if a grill is not available.
Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking, adding more or less of any of the ingredients.
