In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
