How Long To Cook Frozen Ribs In Oven At 350

Ribs are a popular summertime meal. Not only are they delicious, but you can make them in abundance and they are easy to prepare on the grill or smoker.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • Pork or beef ribs
  • Halved baby potatoes or fingerling
  • Sliced onions
  • Beef broth or water will create steam in your dish that will be covered with foil
  • A pinch salt and black pepper to season the meat
  • Use a sauce on the top to stay moist (sauce of your choice)

Instructions
 

  • First pat the meat dry with paper towels
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and/or whatever seasonings you like.
    Place in a baking dish
  • Cut the small potatoes in half, cut the onions and carrots into strips.
  • Place vegetables in a baking dish.
  • Pour liquid into the bottom.
  • Coat your meet with your preferred sauce with a brush. Cover the baking dish with a lid in layers. Bake in preheated oven, at 350 F.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes for up to 2 hours or until a bone easily lifts out of the meat when you gently pull it out

The best way to cook baby back ribs (our favourite choice) is by slowly roasting them in the oven. This method allows the Flavors to develop and penetrate the meat, resulting in tender, juicy ribs that are full of flavor. For optimal results, cook bones at a low temperature for a longer period of time.
Whether you are making ribs in an oven or slow cooker, the timing will always vary slightly because of the size and thickness of your pieces. In the oven, it's much faster.
Some veggies like carrots and onions can be added before putting it in the oven
When it's done, take it out of the oven and serve.
