Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound steak
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • minced garlic, herbs or spices for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
    While the air fryer is heating up, pat the skirt steak dry with paper towels and season it generously with salt and pepper. You can also add any other seasonings you like, such as minced garlic, herbs, or spices.
  • Once the air fryer is heated, place the skirt steak in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping the steak over halfway through cooking.
  • Check the internal temperature of the steak using a meat thermometer. For medium-rare, the temperature should be around 135-140°F (57-60°C). For medium, aim for 145°F (63°C).
  • Once the steak reaches your desired temperature, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. This will ensure that the steak stays juicy and tender
  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
