- Butter
- Bread crumbs

- Semolina flour

Beat your chicken breast with flat with a mallet
Dip chicken breast into breadcrumbs, beaten egg and semolina flour
Put cut chunks of butter into saucepan and place on stove
Fry chicken in melted butter and turn over till both sides are evenly goldish to brownish after 5 minutes
remove from oil and place on kitchen tissue for some few minutes
after some few minutes transfer meat into a plate and squeeze lemon over the fried chicken Cotoletta. Sprinkle salt over to add to the taste
