Peel russet potato and set the mandolin slicer to 1 to 8 inch and slice
Dump the sliced potato into cold water for an hour
Lay out neat kitchen towels and dry the potao on them for 5 minutes
Fill your saucepan with cooking oil and place on oven. Meanwhile set bowl aside

Temperature of the oil should be 185 degree Celsius . put the potato gently into the oil to deep fry. Once they are brown, take them out and place them in the bowl you set aside earlier
spray vinegar and sprinkle salt over the fried potato and place them on paper towel lined cooling sheet
