Ingredients
  

  • Butter youcan use margarine
  • snowflake cake flour
  • A cup of milk
  • Ground coriander
  • Fresh cream
  • Biltongpowder ·        slice and set some aside for garnishing)·        Grated cheddar cheese
  • Beef stock
  • Salt
  • Blackpepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium, heavy-bottomedsaucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour for about 1 minute over lowheat. 
  • Cook, whisking constantly, overmedium heat until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Season with stock and spices.Simmer, whisking constantly, for about 10 minutes, or until thick.
  • Heat through the cream andbiltong. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
  • Garnish with extra biltong slicesand serve immediately with warm bread rolls as an appetizer or light meal.
