Instructions
Pour some bread crumbs and cardamom into a bowl and set aside.
Boil the milk in a pan on medium heat. After it boils, pour it into the bowl with bread crumbs and cardamom and mix well to form a soft dough.
Take small portions of the dough and form them into round balls.
Put a pan on fire and pour some oil/ghee into it. Leave it on medium heat.
When the oil heats up, gently drop the dough balls into it and fry them until you attain a golden brown colour.
When it is done frying, remove them and place them into a bowl with sugar syrup in it. Let the balls remain in it for about 30 minutes and serve.
