  • Bamboo whisk / regular whisk

Ingredients
  

  • Matcha/green tea powder
  • 8 ounces hot water

Instructions
 

  • Use a small sifter to sift one teaspoon of matcha into a cup.
  • Pour four tablespoons or two ounces of hot water into the matcha.
  • Whip the mixture quickly in a zig zag motion till it becomes foamy.
  • Add 12 more tablespoons or six ounces of hot water.
  • Serve hot.
