baby marrow

Water
Instructions
Pour some water into a small saucepan, about ¼ full, add a pinch of salt and bring to boil.
Chop the baby marrow, peel the skin ,wash and toss them into the water.
Let it boil for about five minutes and remove the saucepan from the fire.
Drain the water from the baby marrow using a mesh strainer and transfer onto a plate.
