ASSORTED FRIED RICE RECIPE

This is quite different from the everyday fried ricewe know. It is a delicacy found on the menu of a number of restaurants and is atasty option for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • Carrot
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3 Eggs
  • Green bell pepper
  • Green peas
  • Cucumber
  • 3 Sausage
  • Chicken breast
  • Vegetable oil
  • Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Wash rice an cook rice on fire for about an hour.
  • Chop carrots, spring onions, green bell pepper, cucumber and sausageonto a plate.

  • Spice the chicken with salt, pepper and a little curry powder.
  • Break eggs into a small bowl and stir.
  • When rice is ready remove from fire.
  • Put frying pan on fire and pour a little oil into it.
  • Put the spiced sliced chicken into the oil and fry till it browns orbecomes soft and cooked.
  • Add beaten eggs, the vegetables and sausage and fry for a while.
  • Add some of the cooked rice and stir with the vegetables together.
  • Add some soy sauce and stir till it mixes well.
  • Let it fry for a while as you keep stirring and remove from fire.
  • Serve onto a plate.
