Ingredients

all-purpose flour

salt

dried thyme leaves

tbsp
dried basil leaves

dried oregano leaves

tbsp
celery salt
1
tbsp
ground black pepper
1
tbsp
dried mustard
4
tbsp
paprika

tbsp
garlic salt
1
tbsp
ground ginger
3
tbsp
ground white pepper

cup
buttermilk
1
egg beaten
Full chicken
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, wash and dry witha clean kitchen napkin.
Mix flour with the herbs and spices in a bowl and putaside.
In another bowl, mix buttermilk and egg thoroughly till it mixes well.
Put the chicken into the buttermilk and egg mixturefor about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove chicken from buttermilk and coat with the flourmixture.
Pour some vegetable oil into a heavy pan suitable for deep frying andheat for a while.
Regulate the heat and make sure chicken doesn’t burn
Fry the chicken in it till it’s nice and golden brown.
Remove from oil with tongs onto a tray lined with kitchen tissue.
