Leave the grated cassava to ferment for a day or two.
Squeeze the grated cassava to remove the starch fromit and allow it to dry.

Steam the grated cassava and afterwards separate till it becomes likegari.
Mix attieke and water in a bowl.
After cassava absorbs water, stir the attieke with a fork.
Put it in a microwave for about 3 minutes or steam it for 3 minutes andstir alongside.
Remove it from the microwave or what you are steamingit with and serve.
You can add your vegetables (onions, tomatoes), pepperand fish. However you want it. You can stir fry the vegetables in a little oiland add it if you desire.
