Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • onion (chopped)
  • carrots (chopped)
  • green bell pepper (chopped)
  • Beef stock
  • tomato paste
  • cornstarch
  • Water (a little)
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Put your beef intoit and stir.
  • Put a saucepan on fire and pour some oil into it. Let it heat up alittle.
  • Pour in your beef and chopped onions. Let the beef cook well.
  • Pour in your beef stock  and stir.
  • Add in your chopped carrots, green bell pepper, tomato paste and stir.
  • Add salt and cayenne pepper and stir.
  • Lower the fire a bit and let it cook until the beef becomes soft.
  • Mix corn starch with water and add it to the beef.
  • Leave it to cook for a while and remove from fire.
  • Garnish it with some chopped parsley and serve.
