beef
Cooking oil
Instructions
Chop your onion, tomatoes and green bell pepper onto a plate.
Slice your beef into desired sizes on a chopping board, put into a bowland set aside.
Blend the peanuts, cayenne pepper, onion powder, ground ginger, garlicpowder and a little oil together in a blender until smooth
Pour the blended mixture unto the sliced beef in a bowl and mix well.
Keep in the fridge for about an hour to allow the spices to infuse intothe beef.
Arrange the beef and chopped onions, tomatoes and green bell pepper onwooden skewers.
Charcoal grill and turn over from time to time till it’s done.Fireshould be regulated to avoid burning the beef. It can also be done in the oven.
Serve onto a plate.
