CRISPY CHICKEN RECIPE

Crispy chicken is chicken fried with the outside crunchy when eating.  Fried chicken is enjoyed more when it iscrispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 chicken thighs cut into desired sizes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • salt
  • powdered pepper
  • 2 garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, powdered pepper and garlic powder ina bowl.
  • Add milk and a little water and beat or stir vigorously until it issmooth. Set aside.
  • Wash the cut chicken with squeezed lemon and water and drain the waterfrom the chicken.
  • Drench the chicken into the mixture and shake the excess off.
  • Deep fry in heated oil.
  • When ready, remove from oil and blot excess oil with a kitchen tissue.
