CRISPY CHICKEN RECIPE
Crispy chicken is chicken fried with the outside crunchy when eating. Fried chicken is enjoyed more when it iscrispy.

Ingredients

chicken thighs
cut into desired sizes

milk

all-purpose flour

tbsp
baking powder
salt
powdered pepper

garlic powder
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, powdered pepper and garlic powder ina bowl.
Add milk and a little water and beat or stir vigorously until it issmooth. Set aside.
Wash the cut chicken with squeezed lemon and water and drain the waterfrom the chicken.
Drench the chicken into the mixture and shake the excess off.
Deep fry in heated oil.
When ready, remove from oil and blot excess oil with a kitchen tissue.
