CHICKEN STEW RECIPE

Equipment

  • blender
  • frying pan
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tin tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • carrot (chopped)
  • green bell pepper (chopped)
  • clove of garlic (crushed)
  • Ground ginger
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • Chicken
  • Cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut your chicken and put into a bowl and spice it with salt, cayennepepper, ground ginger and crushed garlic (one clove). Set aside.
  • Blend your onions, garlic(one clove) and scotch bonnetpepper together with a little water.
  • Chop your tomatoes onto a plate.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan and heat.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the heated oil in thesaucepan and stir.
  • Add your tin tomatoes and stir. Leave it to be on firefor a while.
  • Add your chopped tomatoes and stir.
  • Allow it to cook for a while
  • Add salt and curry.
  • Get a saucepan and steam your spiced chicken till itcooks.
  • Set your frying pan on fire and pour oil into it.
  • Fry the chicken in the oil and transfer onto a plate.Set aside.
