carrot (chopped)
green bell pepper (chopped)
clove of garlic (crushed)
Ground ginger
Salt (to taste)

scotch bonnet pepper

curry

cayenne pepper
Chicken

Instructions
Cut your chicken and put into a bowl and spice it with salt, cayennepepper, ground ginger and crushed garlic (one clove). Set aside.
Blend your onions, garlic(one clove) and scotch bonnetpepper together with a little water.
Chop your tomatoes onto a plate.
Pour oil into a saucepan and heat.
Pour the blended mixture into the heated oil in thesaucepan and stir.
Add your tin tomatoes and stir. Leave it to be on firefor a while.
Add your chopped tomatoes and stir.
Allow it to cook for a while
Add salt and curry.
Get a saucepan and steam your spiced chicken till itcooks.
Set your frying pan on fire and pour oil into it.
Fry the chicken in the oil and transfer onto a plate.Set aside.
