coconut food/flesh

Instructions
Soak the tiger nuts in water and put it in the fridgefor a day to prevent it from fermenting. If you are using fresh tiger nuts,just rinse.
Cut the coconut flesh into smaller pieces and cut date fruit intosmaller pieces as well.
Put tiger nuts,coconut flesh, date fruits and a little ginger into theblender, add some water and blend.
Use a mesh strainer or fine neat cloth to strain thejuice.
You can pour finally into a jar and add vanillaessence to it if you want.
