Chop your tomatoes, onions, carrot and green pepperonto a plate and set aside.
Pour some cooking oil into a pan on fire.
First put in your onions, then add the tomatoes. Stir and leave it tocook for a while.
Next, add salt and pepper and stir.
Add your chopped carrot, green bell pepper and sardine and stir.
Pour gari into a bowl and wet it with a little water.
Add the gari to the sauce on fire and stir till it mixes well.

Gari foto is mostly made with palm oil but in this recipe, cooking oil is used instead. The type of oil and other added ingredients depend on your preferences as an individual.
