Delicious OMO TUO Recipe
Omo tuo happens to be one of my favorite meals especiallywhen served with hot groundnut soup and chicken.

- 2 cups Rice
- 500 mls water
- 1 tbsp salt
Pour rice into a clean bowl, add water and rinseto remove excess starch
Transfer rice into the cooking pot, add salt andwater
Place it on fire to boil
Regulate the heat to ensure rice does not burn
When cooked, use a wooden spatula to knead therice until soft.
Repeat until you get a desired consistency
Scoop desired amount into a small bowl and moldinto spherical or round balls
Serve hot with groundnut soup or any other soupof choice.
Store remaining rice balls into a refrigeratoror storage container.
