  • Chicken, cut into pieces
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Peppercorns
  • Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Preparation Steps

  1. In a pan, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar. Add peppercorns and bay leaves.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Adjust the seasoning with salt according to taste.
