Tasty Meatball Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground veal(optional)
1/2 pound ground pork(optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
ground black pepper
2 cups stale Italian bread crumbs
1 cup olive oil
Mix beef, veal, and pork in a bowl. Then add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Blend and mix bread crumbs into meat mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of water at a time(The mixture should be moist but still hold its shape into meatballs).
Shape into meatballs.
Under medium heat, heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Fry meatballs until browned and slightly cripsy.
Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
