2 Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls with Lemon Cream cheese glaze

Ingredients for strawberry Cinamon Rolls
31/4 cups flour
2 teaspoon instant yeast
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup softened butter
21 ounce can Lucky Leaf Strawberry Pie Filling
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 ounce softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup half and half
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add milk and butter in a small saucepan over low heat . Stir until butter dissolves. Remove from fire and set aside
Combine and whisk 2¼ cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add egg and 1/4 cup water to flour mixture and mix until just starting to combine.
Add in milk and butter mixture and 1 cup of flour then mix until the dough starts to form. Knead dough until smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a large 9×15 square on a lightly floured board surface about 1/4- 1/2 inch thick.
Spread strawberry pie filling equally on top of the dough.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and sprinkle on top of the strawberry filling.
Roll up the 15 inch side into a log and pinch the seams.
Cut into 9-12 slices depending on how you want your cinnamon rolls. Then place in a greased 9×13 inch pan and cover with a clean cloth. Allow it to rise for 30 minute
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake until golden brown on the tops.
How to make glaze:
Beat together the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add half and half, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest until well combined.
Spread over warm cinnamon rolls. Yum
