Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse is creamy and smooth topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

This recipe is creamy filling made of cream cheese and whipped cream, layered with juicy strawberry slices and topped with fresh cut fruit.



12 oz  softened cream cheese

1 cup whipping cream

Natural sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry slices, for garnish

Blueberries, for garnish



Whip cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add natural sweetener, vanilla extract and beat until combined.

Beat whipped cream in a separate bowl, with a pinch of salt, until fluffy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.


Scoop the cream cheese mixture into dessert cups to line the bottom. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top. Repeat the process


Using blueberries and remaining strawberry slices, garnish the top of the strawberry cheesecake mousse.


Place in the refrigerator until thickened, 1 hour up. Yum
