  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a pie dish or baking tray with the puff pastry sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Spread the sausage meat mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Carefully roll up the puff pastry, enclosing the sausage meat filling and forming a log shape. Seal the edges by pressing them together.
  • Place the sausage roll pie onto the lined pie dish or baking tray, seam side down.
  • Brush the beaten egg over the top of the pastry for a golden and glossy finish.
  • Make a few slits on the top of the pastry to allow steam to escape during baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy, and the sausage meat is fully cooked.
