  • slicer (mandolin)
  • peeler
  • plastic bowl
  • saucepan
  • spray bottle


  • russet potato
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • Cooking oil
  • cold water


  • Peel russet potato and set the mandolin slicer to 1 to 8 inch and slice
  • Dump the sliced potato into cold water for an hour
  • Lay out neat kitchen towels and dry the potao on them for 5 minutes
  • Fill your saucepan with cooking oil and place on oven. Meanwhile set bowl aside
  • pour the vinegar into a spray bottle for easy application
  • Temperature of the oil should be 185 degree Celsius . put the potato gently into the oil to deep fry. Once they are brown, take them out and place them in the bowl you set aside earlier
  • spray vinegar and sprinkle salt over the fried potato and place them on paper towel lined cooling sheet
  • Our salt ad vinegar is ready to be served
