Roasted Butternut Squash Dip

Ingredients for Roasted Butternut Squash Dip
2 teaspoons avocado/oil
16 ounces diced butternut squash
5 ounces fresh goat cheese
2 teaspoons finely minced fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
salt and pepper, to taste
Steps in making Roasted Butternut Squash Dip
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss butternut squash with oil and arrange on the lined baking sheet.
Roast for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely
Pour cooled squash, goat cheese, rosemary, and nutmeg into a food processor fitted with the steel chopping blade.
Pulse until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste
