Ingredients for Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

3 cups granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons cinnamon

15 ounce can pumpkin puree

1 cup canola oil

2/3 cup water

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray.

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on low speed until well combine.

Pour half  batter into each loaf pan.

Place pans in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Place a foil over bread and place in oven for another 25mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove  pans from the oven and allow the bread to cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Allow bread to completely cool down before serving.
