How to make Pineapple and Ginger Smoothie


Ingredients for Pineapple and Ginger Smoothie

2 Riped Pineapple

Ginger(quantity of choice)

Ice/Water(if preferred)

1tsp Honey or Sugar(if preferred)

Wash pineapple and ginger

Peel pineapple and ginger

Chop and slice pineapple and ginger in pieces then blend until smooth

Add ice or water to smoothie depending on thickness

Add honey or sugar to taste. Enjoy!!!


Tip: If you want the sweetness of pineapple to be evenly distributed, cut the crown and turn it upside down. The sweetness settles at the bottom of the fruit
