Pecan Frosting Recipe
This is an easy one. Follow the steps to get it done
1 cup chopped pecan
1 cup softened butter
8 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine pecans and 1/4 cup butter in a baking pan.
Stir and bake at 350°C until toasted. Set aside.
Cream the remaining butter and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl.
Add milk and vanilla. Beat on low speed until smooth.
Then stir in remaining toasted pecans.
Spread frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake.
