Peanut Butter Fudge Pie Recipe
Peanut Butter Fudge Pie is a creamy peanut butter filling made with whipped cream and cream cheese then topped with hot fudge.
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge Pie
1 cup peanut butter
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
8 ounces thawed whipped topping
1 large graham cracker crust
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Steps in making Peanut Butter Fudge Pie
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in peanut butter and powdered sugar then beat until well combined.Slowly add milk.
Fold in 4 ounces of the whipped topping and mix well. Set aside.
Spread fudge onto bottom and sides of prepared crust. Pour mixture into crust.
Freeze a few hours until just set. Then spread remaining whipped topping over pie.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips if preferred. Freeze for 2 or more hours until firm
Remove from fridge and allow it to cool for 1 hour before serving
