Noodle (Indomie) Stir Fry Recipe

NOODLES (INDOMIE) STIR FRY RECIPE

Don’t Miss Out on this exciting recipe. It has all the needed ingredients for a healthy diet. NOODLES STIR FRy is delicious and tastes amazing. This dish contains vegetables of choice stirred together with noodles giving it an amazing look.

 

Tips for NOODLES STIR FRy

  1. You can use any vegetables or meat of choice
  2. You can substitute Indomie with any other noodles. Be creative

 

Ingredients

3 packs of 70g Indomie

3 rolls of Sausages

2 Eggs

Sardine/ corned beef( quantity of choice)

1 Green bell pepper

2 Carrots

Spring onion

2 bulb of Onions

Powered pepper (quantity of choice)

Salt/ Maggie cube

Vegetable oil

 

 

Steps

In a skillet or pan, boil water and add indomie. Allow it to cook for 5- 7 mins until tender but not too soft

Use a strainer to strain the water from it when cooked. Cover it and set aside

Wash veggies and chop onions, carrots, green pepper, spring onion and sausage into pieces. Break and beat eggs in a bowl

Pour 3 tablespoons of the cooking oil in a pan. Pour in egg fry and scramble it

Add the chopped sausages and vegetables and stir for 1mins

Add corned beef/ sardine. Add the spices in the indomie packs and stir

Add the indomie and powered pepper, stir for 2-3mins. Serve warm and enjoy
