Mango Posset Recipe

Ingredients for green mango posset
1 cup of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 medium Mango
Steps for mango posset
Peel your mango. Cut into pieces and blend until it becomes pulpy.Set aside.
Pour cream together with the icing sugar in a pan.
Boil while stirring on low heat. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat once it has simmered and set aside.
Pour in mango puree and the heated cream mixture together until evenly distributed.
Allow this to cool slightly then pour into your glasses and proceed to freeze them. Serve chilled
