What Matcha Can Be Served With

Matcha can be served with chocolate, black sesame, milk, peanut butter and mascarpone.

  1. Sifter
  2. Bamboo whisk / regular whisk

 

Steps

  1. Use a small sifter to sift one teaspoon of matcha into a cup.
  2. Pour four tablespoons or two ounces of hot water into the matcha.
  3. Whip the mixture quickly in a zig zag motion till it becomes foamy.
  4. Add 12 more tablespoons or six ounces of hot water.
  5. Serve hot.
