Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
You just three ingredients to make this ice cream. No need of eggs or ice-cream machine. It’s just simple. Try making some today
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup strawberries in syrup, pureed
Steps for making strawberry ice cream
Put heavy cream, condensed milk and bowls needed for the ice cream in fridge. Put your strawberries in fridge and freeze it overnight.
Pour chilled cream in bowl and whip it using a hand mixer or blender until peaks form.(Do not over mix it)
Remove strawberries from freezer
Combine the pureed strawberries and the sweetened condensed milk.
Gently fold in the strawberry and condensed mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour ice cream in a glass bowl with a lid, and freeze for about 8-12 hours.
Allow ice cream to sit out 10 minutes to soften a little before serving.
