4 cups of cake flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of yeast
4 spoons of sugar
2 eggs
Half cup of cooking oil
Salt (to taste)
Carrot (grated)
What Dombolo Can Be Served With
Dombolo can be served with chicken or beef curry, lamb stew and tripe.

Steps
- Sift cake flour, baking powder, yeast, sugar and salt into a bowl.
- Add the carrot to it and mix together.
- Add cooking oil, water and eggs. Use your fingers to mix well.
- Add warm water, set aside for about an hour to allow the dough to rise.
- Put the dough into your cups and boil them for about an hour in a large sauce pan with water in it.
- Remove from the fire when ready, drain away the water and serve your dombolo.
