  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the egg, according to your taste preferences.Let the egg cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the white is set but the yolk is still runny.
  • Using a spatula, carefully flip the egg ring and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the desired doneness of the yolk is reached.
