Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly clean the chicken feet by removing any outer yellow skin and trimming the nails. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the chicken feet for about 5 minutes. This helps remove impurities and makes them easier to work with. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Season the chicken feet generously with this mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, place cornstarch or all-purpose flour. Take each seasoned chicken foot and coat it thoroughly with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating. Shake off any excess flour.
