- 2 sheepshead fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sheepshead fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the fish fillets with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fish from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve the sheepshead fish hot with your favorite side dishes.
