Sheepshead Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 sheepshead fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the sheepshead fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the fish fillets with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
