- Pour some water into a small saucepan, about ¼ full, add a pinch of salt and bring to boil.
- Chop the baby marrow, peel the skin ,wash and toss them into the water.
- Let it boil for about five minutes and remove the saucepan from the fire.
- Drain the water from the baby marrow using a mesh strainer and transfer onto a plate.
You can serve it with any of the preferred dishes above or add some vegetables to the baby marrow to make a salad.
