Baby marrow, also known as zucchini is a vegetable which is a part of the gourd species. It has low fat content and is a good source of fiber and antioxidants. Baby marrow can be prepared in various ways: it can be boiled, roasted and added to other vegetables to make a salad. It can also be eaten raw.

1 baby marrow

Pinch of salt

What Baby Marrow Can Be Served With

Baby marrow can be served with carrots, pumpkin, cabbage, spaghetti and rice.

Steps

  1. Pour some water into a small saucepan, about ¼ full, add a pinch of salt and bring to boil.
  2. Chop the baby marrow, peel the skin ,wash and toss them into the water.
  3. Let it boil for about five minutes and remove the saucepan from the fire.
  4. Drain the water from the baby marrow using a mesh strainer and transfer onto a plate.

 

You can serve it with any of the preferred dishes above or add some vegetables to the baby marrow to make a salad.
