It is creamy like ice cream you buy and it has an intense mango flavoured added. No need to buy ice-cream in stores again. Just follow the simple steps and learn how to make Homemade Mango Ice cream.

Ingredients for creamy ice cream
1 riped juicy large mango
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy/whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence( if preferred)
Wash mango and cut into pieces(How to cut fruits into bite size pieces)
Pour into blender, add water and blend into puree.
Pour mango puree into a non stick skillet and boil over a medium heat. Stir puree for 5-10 mins until it reduces by half the size.
Pour cooked mango puree into bowl and allow it to cool down(You can put in fridge to cool down)
Add condensed milk to mango puree(cooled) and whisk together until a uniform mixture is formed.
Pour heavy cream into bowl and beat cream with a hand held beater or stand mixer until stiff peaks form
Pour mango mixture into the cream. Add vanilla essence. Fold mixture through (Don’t mix it vigorously) until lump free and mixture uniformly mixed.
Pour mango ice cream into a glass container, cover with a tight lid. Then freeze for 12 hours or more.
Remove from freeze then scoop and serve. Enjoy!!
