- Slow cooker or skillet
Ingredients
- cow foot
- onion
- garlic
- ginger
- pepper
- tomato paste
- Renie and any other seasoning of your choice.
- Oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan, wash your cow's foot and place them in a saucepan and add enough water to it.
- Add some salt and begin to cook on medium heat for an hour.
- Reduce the fire when it begins to become a bit soft and add in some blended garlic, ginger and curry powder and let it cook for sometime and drain.
- Using a sifter, drain the liquid from the stock and add the drained ginger and garlic to the garlic and ginger to be blended.
- Take it off after a while and in another saucepan, heat some oil and sauté your onions until they become translucent.
- Add in your blended pepper, garlic and ginger, and let it cook very well.
- After a while add in your tomato paste and cook for some minutes.Stirring occasionally to ensure that it doesn't get burnt.
- When it cooks for some time, add in your meat and then add the stock to cook the meat very well
