How to prepare Coconut crab Curry Recipe

Ingredients for Coconut crab Curry Recipe
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 lbs crab
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp chopped thyme
3 tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 hot pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 finely chopped scallion
Steps for making Coconut crab Curry Recipe
Mix curry powder, cumin, garam masala, garlic, thyme and 4 teaspoons of water in a small bowl.
Pour oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and stir fry for 2 minutes or until the onion softens.
Stir in curry paste when oil is heated then stir. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add pepper, water, coconut milk, crab(break crab legs in half and crack the claws so that the meat will be flavored with the sauce) and salt and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
Remove sauce from fire then stir in scallion. Serve with any food of choice
