Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is low in calories and a great option for a snack or late night.

Chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie is creamy and  If you want to make this smoothie into a bowl, some yummy topping such as Sliced Bananas, Granola, Chia Seeds, Sliced Strawberries, Shredded or Shaved Coconut, and Chocolate Shavings or Nibs can be added… Delicious!!


Ingredients for this smoothie

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 banana (frozen is best if you have it)

1/2 cup milk (add another 1/4 cup if you have a lower powered blender)

1/2 cup low fat vanilla greek yogurt

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

3/4 ice cubes


Place bananas in fridge until frozen. Peel and cut into pieces

Add all your ingredients together into the blender.

Blend on high until smooth

Pour into glass and serve with toppings
