Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken pieces
Red or Green bell pepper
Honey/ brown sugar
Put pan on heat then add 3-4 teaspoons of oil
Pour boneless chicken into oil and fry it for 5- 10 mins until chicken is fully cooked.
In a small bowl, whisk and mix together soy sauce, corn starch, honey or brown sugar. Set aside
Remove cooked chicken from oil. Grind garlic and ginger then add to oil
Stir it and allow it to cook for 1 minutes(Make sure not to burn it)
Sliced your onion, red bell pepper, carrots and cucumber then add it to the oil. Stir for 2-5 mins until tender
Add your cooked chicken and sauce mixture to vegetables and allow it to cook until it thickens.
Add your basil and broth if desired. Remove from fire and serve. Enjoy your chicken stir fry!!
