Creamy Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients for creamy chicken Marsala recipe
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black grounded pepper
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons salted butter
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
4-5 cloves garlic
3/4 cup Marsala wine
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano in bowl.
Cut chicken into halves and coat them in flour mixture.
Heat 1 teaspoon butter and oil in a large skillet. Fry chicken pieces in the pan until lightly brown on both sides. Remove and set aside
In the same pan, melt 1 teaspoon of butter then add mushrooms.
Mince garlic and add it to mushrooms. Stir for 3- 5mins
Pour in wine and broth. Allow it to simmer then add heavy cream
Return chicken pieces to pan and cover skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over rice, potatoes, zucchini noodles.
