Ingredients
  

  • all-purpose flour
  • Yeast
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Warm water
  • oil
  • ranch
  • cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • Ranch dressing
  • Hot sauce
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  • Combine your all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, and sugar/
  • Add some water and olive oil and stir the ingredients together until well combined. Use your hands to mix until a dough is formed.
  • Dust a clean work surface with flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  • Add more flour if need be. Knead the dough until smooth
  • Oil a large bowl
    Add the dough and coat with olive oil. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise (double in size) for an hour.
  • Punch the dough down and roll it out with a rolling pin until the dough is even.
  • Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray and place on pan.
  • In another bowl, add your chicken, ranch dressing and hot sauce and mix together.
  • Spread it on top of your pizza crust and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for some minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
  • Take it out and your buffalo chicken pizza is readyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
