Bourbon Bacon Crunch Cake Recipe

A frozen treat with a crunchy granola bar crust and creamy cheesecake with brown sugar bourbon. It’s so easy and simple good


Ingredients for Bourbon Bacon Crunch Cake

8 slices of bacon

2 tablespoons bourbon

2 tablespoons light brown sugar


12 bar crunchy granola bars

6 tablespoons melted butter

1/3 cup sugar


8 oz cream softened cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 container extra creamy whipped topping

1 tablespoon bourbon



Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line baking sheet with non-stick tin foil or parchment paper.

Place strips of bacon on lined baking sheet. Brush bourbon over slices of bacon, then sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each slice.

Bake for 30 minutes until bacon is crispy. Remove from pan then pour over a paper towel. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Chop bacon into pieces. Set aside

Crush granola bars into small pieces. Combine crushed granola bars with butter and sugar.

Pour half of the crumbs into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan that has been lined with non-stick tin foil to form crust

Mix together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, almond extract and bourbon. Stir in 2/3 of the chopped bacon. Spread mixture over crust.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs and remaining bacon over top.

Cover and freeze for  3 hours.

Cut crunch into 9 squares and serve.
