Blueberry Banana Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation Steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
