Barbecued Beef Ribs Recipe
You can now barbecue without oven by following this simple steps. It’s fun making it and great aroma.
2 pounds trimmed bone-in beef short ribs
1 large sweet sliced onion
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 bottle chili sauce
3/4 cup plum preserves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic cloves
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ribs. Fry until brown.Remove and set aside.
Pour onion into water and bring it to boil in a pan. Add fried ribs cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, plum preserves, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ground garlic cloves.
Place skillet over medium heat, cook combine ingredients for about 10 minutes. Stir to prevent burning
Remove cooked ribs from stock. Add to sauce then cover it. Boil under high heat for 30 minutes.
